User Management

Overview

This section is accessible only to Admins and allows them to manage users, roles, departments, seniorities, and handle various administrative tasks.

User Management Features

  • Whitelist: Search for employees or contractors and add them to the system.
  • Disabled Users: Disable or re-enable users, ensuring they do not have pending claims, projects, or leave requests.
  • Departments and Seniorities: Manage the organizational structure by adding or editing departments and seniority levels.

User Profile

Admins have enhanced profile management capabilities:

  • Edit User Information: Modify user details such as name, role, department, and contact information.
  • Contract Information: Manage active and past contract details for users.
