Overview

Users can manage their weekly and monthly claims from this section.

Weekly Claim Card

  • STATUS: Dropdown for claim status (Pending, Ready for Review, Approved, Rejected).
  • WORKING HOURS: Total hours worked for the week.
  • TIME-OFF: Total days off during the week.
  • CREATE/EDIT Claim Button: Button to create or edit claims.

Scenarios

  • No Claim Created: Displays a message "No existing claim registered for [User Name] for this week."
  • Claim Submitted: Shows chart of claimed hours.

Create Claim Pop-Up

  • Add projects, specify total hours, and submit for review.
